The portal swirled and pulsed with arcane energy as Reo stepped through. In an instant, he found himself standing in a grand throne room, the air thick with the scent of brimstone and the faint hum of dark magic. The walls were lined with glowing runes that cast an eerie red light, and the floor was a smooth black marble, polished to a mirror sheen.
At the far end of the room stood a massive obsidian throne, upon which sat a tall, imposing figure. He had deep crimson skin, curved horns, and eyes that burned like hellfire. This was Luxifer, the demon butler and head of the Monster Kingdom’s Military Admin. He looked up as Reo entered, his gaze sharp and assessing.
“Ah, a new arrival,” Luxifer purred, his voice smooth as silk but with an underlying edge of danger. “Welcome, Supreme God, to your kingdom. I am Luxifer, and I serve at your pleasure.” He inclined his head in a mockery of a bow.
To either side of the throne stood two other figures. On the left was Vexaria, a stunning succubus with curves in all the right places. She smiled warmly at Reo, her eyes twinkling with amusement. “Greetings, dear,” she said, her voice a seductive purr. “I am Vexaria, and I oversee the day-to-day affairs of our little kingdom.”
On the right stood a hulking orc, his green skin marked with battle scars. This was Laikrum, the leader of the civilian hunters guild. He nodded at Reo, his expression a mix of respect and wariness. “Orc Lord Laikrum, at your service,” he grunted.
Behind them, a massive portal shimmered, leading to the Labyrinth – the heart of the Monster Kingdom. Minos, the leader of the guardians of the Labyrinth, stood beside it, his arms crossed over his broad chest. He looked at Reo with a stern, unreadable expression.
Luxifer rose from his throne and approached Reo, a predatory grace in his movements. “Now then, Supreme God,” he said, his eyes gleaming with a fanatical light. “What would you like to do first in your kingdom? Perhaps you’d like to address your loyal subjects? Or maybe you’d prefer to explore your domain?”
The demon butler gestured around him, indicating the vast expanse of the Monster Kingdom that stretched beyond the throne room. “The choice is yours, my lord. This is your world now.”
