Customize your vibe! Your chats can now have background images with adjustable opacity.
You can set this globally or per-chat, depending on whether you’re a maximalist or a chaos gremlin.
🤖 Auto-Fill Portrait Info
Uploading a portrait?
Saucepan will now look at your file name and go:
“Oh, I see you want this character to be Kael_NSFWRogueMage_FINALFINAL.png. Got it.”
Name + description auto-filled. Magic.
🌀 Reduce Animations Mode
Not everyone wants swooshy transitions, so you can now disable animations in Site Experience Settings. They’ll show a “play” button so you can trigger them manually like a dignified adult.

A helpful little warning pops up.
🐞 Bugfixes (The “Why Was It Doing That??” Edition)
- Homepage chats blur extra spicy images now.
- Chat DPs also blur if they’re extra spicy, for consistency and so your screen is safe in public.
- Profile preview in the companion editor is standardized, no more wonky views.
- No more ‘persona not found’ errors when starting a chat without selecting one.
- Temperature override now saves properly, even if you hop between tabs like a caffeinated squirrel.
- M4M → Gay (M4M) and W4W → Lesbian (W4W) to improve searchability and clarity.
